This Studio is located on the West End of St. Thomas and it's just minutes to the Airport, University of the Virgin Islands, and Brewers Beach.

This Studio is within a private area shared alongside with 3 other units, on the knoll of a hill looking over the airport runway and beautiful Ocean View with the white sandy beaches. Yes, you can take a nice walk to get to the water. You are also close enough by vehicle to choose a different beach every day, as this is a great location with easy access to everything you need.

Enter from the private drive and walkway to an inviting covered porch. It offers a great mix of sun and shade along with wonderful views. From here, you can enter the home to a door into the kitchen, or around the studio. The Studio has one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bathroom, dining & kitchen room area.

For those hot summer days the Studio has ceiling fans not only in the bedrooms, but also in the dining & kitchen room area, but with the Westerly breezes blowing, you likely won't need it. This is such a refreshing location just above the water, you will want the doors wide open while you relax on the porch soaking in the views and Caribbean wind therapy.
